Qualifications and activity requirements. Where any structure, account configuration or service described by Aurelius references operational requirements (for example: minimum transaction volumes, specified payment flows, reporting frequency or documentary deliverables), such requirements must be satisfied within each applicable review or measurement period in order for the relevant pricing, conditions or features to apply. Transactions that are reversed, cancelled, routed through other institutions or otherwise not settled in the agreed manner may not count toward any such requirements.

Examples of qualifying activity and any thresholds or definitions used (such as settlement dates, value dates, posting dates, or cut-off times) will be as set out in the applicable mandate letter, term sheet, facility agreement, trust deed, custody agreement or other contractual documentation agreed between Aurelius and the client. In the event of any inconsistency between that documentation and the descriptions on this website, the executed documentation will prevail.

Rewards, rebates and fee concessions. Any references to rebates, fee waivers, tiered pricing, cash-back style benefits or similar economic incentives should be understood as conditional and subject to the detailed terms agreed with each client. Where such arrangements apply, they may depend on factors including but not limited to: mandate size, duration, transaction volume, asset mix, counterparty risk, jurisdiction and operational complexity. Amounts, thresholds and conditions are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the relevant agreement.

Rebates, fee adjustments or similar items may be credited to the client’s account only after completion of the relevant calculation period and subject to all conditions being met. If a relationship is terminated, transferred or restructured before such credits are processed, any outstanding or uncredited amounts may be reduced or may not be payable, depending on the applicable terms.

Electronic delivery and communications. Where Aurelius offers or requires electronic statements, reports or other documents (“eStatements” or equivalent), clients may be asked to consent to electronic delivery and to maintain valid contact details and secure access credentials. Failure to maintain such consent or to keep details up to date may result in additional charges, delays in receiving information, or the suspension of certain online services.

Clients may withdraw consent to electronic delivery in accordance with the instructions set out in the relevant documentation or on the Aurelius online platform. In such cases, alternative forms of communication may be used where permissible, and additional fees and processing times may apply. Certain communications may still be provided electronically where required or permitted by law.

Term deposits, structured deposits and similar instruments. Where Aurelius or its counterparties provide access to term deposits, structured deposits, certificates or similar time-bound arrangements (together, “term instruments”), the specific term, currency, rate, day-count convention, minimum size, early exit provisions and renewal mechanics will be set out in the respective documentation or deal ticket.

In general, funds placed into term instruments cannot be added to once established, unless expressly permitted. Early withdrawals, where allowed, may be subject to notice periods, negative adjustments, breakage costs or other financial consequences which may reduce or, in some cases, eliminate any expected return, and may also result in a reduction of principal. Aurelius and its counterparties reserve the right to require written notice of an intended withdrawal as permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

On maturity, and unless otherwise agreed, term instruments may be automatically renewed, transferred to a specified account, or handled in accordance with the standing instructions agreed with the client. The rate or terms applicable on renewal may differ from those previously in place and will be determined at the time of renewal.
